Programs & Workshops
Gentle, nervous-system–aware spaces for people rebuilding after hard seasons and caring for sensitive, neurodivergent kids.
Â
You don’t need another intense program that talks over your nervous system.
You need spaces that understand how much you’re already carrying — and meet you there softly.
These programs and workshops are designed for real lives: full calendars, big emotions, and people who have been the “strong one” for a long time. You’re always invited to choose what supports you now, and leave the rest.

Request Private SupportPrivate Support & Gentle Orientation
If you’re just finding your footing, you don’t need a big commitment. You need a soft place to land, listen inward, and see what resonates. These free spaces are designed to give you orientation and relief — not more pressure.
Women Who Rebuilt (Free Community)
Women Who Rebuilt is a free, private Facebook community created primarily for women — and welcoming those who resonate with the space — who have spent a long time holding things together, often at the cost of themselves.
Inside, there’s no pressure to perform or keep up. Many people simply read, breathe, and take in what they need until they feel steadier.
We focus on:
- gentle reflection
- nervous-system kindness
- honest conversation about rebuilding after hard seasons
You’re welcome to come exactly as you are — camera off, in pajamas, mid-rebuild, mid-tears.
Includes:
- Gentle reflective prompts
- Optional participation (you’re never “behind”)
- Weekly Creative Regulation live sessions on Wednesdays at 7pm EST
- Cameras on or off, sharing always optionalÂ

5 Steps to Stop Existing & Start Living (Free Guide)
This free booklet is for anyone who feels stuck in survival mode and doesn’t know where to begin.
The five steps:
- help you understand why you feel so depleted
- name the cost of what you’ve been carrying
- offer a grounded, manageable way to think about change
You’re not asked to fix everything at once. You’re simply invited to tell the truth about where you are and consider a gentler way forward.

Workshops & Deep-Dive Experiences
When you’re ready to take a deeper look at how you’re living — and make changes slowly and intentionally — these group experiences offer more structure, reflection, and support.
Alignment: From Obligation to Intention
10-Week Guided Group Experience
This 10-week experience is for people who are ready to look more closely at how they’re living — and begin shifting out of obligation and into intention.
Each round focuses on a core alignment theme from the Stop Existing, Start Living framework. You don’t need to start at “the beginning.” You can join when a theme truly resonates with where you are.
Each 10-week session includes:
- Weekly group Zoom sessions
- Gentle teaching followed by Q&A
- Regulation-first pacing that respects your nervous system
- Creative regulation practices woven throughout
- A supportive private group space between calls
There is no expectation to “transform” by a deadline. This work is designed to unfold at a human pace, with plenty of room for real life.
Price:
- Standard: $1,899
Community thank-you rate for Kate’s Facebook group members: $1,200 (with a special code)

- not therapy and not high-pressure performance coaching
Availability is intentionally limited so each client has space, attention, and a humane pace.

- 3 sessions — $699
- 6 sessions — $1,200
How These Spaces Work
All of my programs and workshops are built around a few non-negotiables:
- No promises of overnight transformation
- No urgency or scarcity language
- No pressure to share or “perform”
- Participation is always optional
- Every offering stands on its own — there’s no ladder to climb
You’re encouraged to choose only what supports you right now, and to step back or step away whenever you need to.
Your nervous system gets a say.
Your pace matters.
You are never behind here.
