It's built one connected moment at a time.
Because your child will keep growing โ and so will the challenges.
If Foundations helped...
But then summer happened.
Or a school change.
Or a medication change.
Or a new diagnosis.
Or a friendship issue.
Or middle school.
Or puberty.
Or a difficult IEP meeting.
Or your child simply grew into a new stage.
You don't need another program.
You need somewhere to bring what's happening now.
That's why we created the Foundations Membership.
If you finished the Program and a part of you exhaled โ
And then a few weeks later, something flared up again, and you thought "I wish I could just talk with Kate and Bridget about this one" โ this membership is for you.
You did the work. You and your family went through the 6-week Foundations of Family Regulation Program. You learned the frame. You started seeing your child differently, and yourself differently. You changed something real.
And then life kept happening. Your child kept growing. The questions kept evolving. The hard moments showed up in new shapes.
The questions change.
The framework doesn't.
Here's what happens when you join
Twice-Monthly Parent Support Sessions
Bring your real question.
Leave with a real plan.
Live on Zoom. One daytime option, one evening โ pick whichever fits the week you're actually having. Nothing in these Sessions is recorded. What you share stays in the room.
Ongoing Access to Bridget & Kate
When something flares up, you don't have to start from scratch with someone new. We already know your family, your language, the work you've done. You bring what's happening โ we go straight to what to try next.
A Community That Speaks the Same Language
No explaining why rewards aren't working. No defending your focus on regulation. No convincing people your child isn't "just being difficult." A private FB group of Foundations families who already get it โ and us, right there with you.
Every Foundations Resource in One Place
Scripts. Workbooks. Cue cards. Resources. Tools. Organized and easy to find inside the member portal. There at bedtime, before the IEP meeting, the first week of summer.
Biweekly Regulation Notes
Every other week you'll receive a short email โ practical ideas, reminders, stories, and ways to apply the Foundations framework. On alternate weeks you'll get a reminder to join us live.
Two live Parent Support Sessions each month, ongoing community support, and direct access to Bridget and Kate.
Join the Foundations Membership โYou already know the language
- Connect before you correct
- Bring your calm to their chaos
- Regulation before expectation
- Behavior is communication
- Repair matters
- Talk less. Breathe more.
We don't spend our time teaching these ideas. We spend our time helping you apply them to the hard moments happening in your family right now.
That's the difference.
What it actually looks like to be a member
It's the Tuesday when your kid's transitions blow up at the start of summer break and you log on to a Session that night with a real question and walk away with a real next step.
It's the week before an IEP meeting and you're second-guessing everything.
It's the first month of middle school and the strategies that worked at age eight don't seem to work anymore.
It's bedtime and you're wondering if you're helping or making things worse.
It's the holiday gathering you've been dreading.
Those are the moments this membership is built for.
Sometimes your child isn't the one who needs support
Sometimes you know exactly what's happening.
You can see the dysregulation. You understand the framework. You know what you're supposed to do.
And you're exhausted anyway.
The Membership isn't just support for your child.
It's support for the nervous system of the person carrying all of this.
Who is this for?
This membership is exclusively for graduates of Foundations of Family Regulation. If you've completed the Program, you're ready.
No onboarding.
No catching up.
No starting over.
Just ongoing support, practical guidance, and a community that already speaks your language.
Meet Your Guides
Bridget Dujardin, MS, OTR/L
Bridget is an occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping children and families navigate sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges, executive functioning struggles, and the everyday stress that can leave families feeling stuck.
As the founder of Boston Sensory Solutions, she has worked with thousands of children, parents, and caregivers and understands that parenting challenges are rarely about "bad behavior." More often, they're about overwhelmed nervous systems, unmet needs, and families who need practical tools that actually work in real life.
Bridget combines clinical expertise with the realities of parenting to help families move from constant firefighting to greater calm, connection, and confidence. Her approach is grounded in the belief that behavior is communication, connection comes before correction, and lasting change happens when parents understand what is happening beneath the surface.
Known for her warm, relatable teaching style, Bridget helps parents see their children โ and themselves โ through a new lens, offering practical strategies that fit into everyday family life.
Kate Powers, M.Ed.
Kate is a special educator, parent educator, and regulation coach with extensive experience supporting children and families through learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
Known for her ability to translate complex concepts into practical, everyday strategies, Kate helps parents understand not only what to do, but why it works. She brings a unique combination of educational expertise, compassion, and humor that helps families feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Kate believes parents don't need to be perfect โ they need a framework, a plan, and support when things get hard. Through Foundations, she helps families build sustainable routines, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change one small step at a time.
Why we created the Foundations Membership
When our six-week Foundations program ended, parents kept asking the same question: "Now what?"
They didn't need another course. They needed a place to stay connected. A place to ask questions when new challenges came up. A place to celebrate wins, troubleshoot roadblocks, and remember the tools when life got busy.
Family regulation isn't something you learn once and master forever. It's a practice. A relationship. A process of returning to the same principles again and again as your child grows and your family changes.
The Foundations Membership was created to provide that ongoing support โ twice-monthly Parent Support Sessions, practical guidance delivered straight to your inbox, and continued connection with us and other Foundations families.
Bring your real-life questions, challenges, successes, and frustrations. Whether you're navigating school stress, sibling conflict, bedtime battles, transitions, anxiety, big emotions, or simply trying to stay steady in the middle of family life, you'll have ongoing access to guidance and support grounded in the Foundations approach.
We're honored to continue this journey with you.

Honest answers to the questions we'd ask
I don't know if I have time for another thing.
Twice a month, an hour each. Pick the daytime Session or the evening Session, whichever fits. The Facebook group runs at your pace โ you check it when you have a minute. The biweekly email takes 3 minutes to skim. If you're already spending hours every week thinking about your kid's regulation, this isn't more time โ it's better time.
How is this different from the Program I just finished?
The Program taught the foundations. This is where the foundations live. We don't re-teach what you already know โ Sessions go straight to what's coming up for YOUR family right now. New territory. Real-time problem-solving with people who already know you.
I'm not sure I need it. We're doing okay right now.
Some families finish Foundations, use what they learned, and move on. That's a success story too.
This membership isn't for every graduate. It's for families who want ongoing conversation, support, accountability, and a place to bring whatever comes next โ because something keeps coming up, or because your kid is growing into new stages, or because your nervous system is more steady when ours is steady alongside it.
What if I want to take a break?
Pause anytime. There's no contract. You can come back at the rate you left at, as long as you don't stay paused for more than a month. (After that, you'd join at the current rate, but you can always rejoin.)
Is the cost realistic for what I'd get?
Three months in the membership costs less than a single private parent coaching session with either of us. For $57 a month, you get two live Sessions every month, ongoing community, our regular presence, and the complete Foundations resource library โ for as long as you stay.
What if I have a really sensitive question I don't want to ask in front of others?
Message us privately. Kate and Bridget both read the group's private messages. You'll never have to decide which of us to write to โ we both see it, whoever has bandwidth answers. We get back to messages as soon as we can โ usually within a day or two โ and we hold what you send privately.
Can my partner or co-parent join my membership account?
Yes. One membership covers everyone in your household who wants to participate. Your partner can join the Sessions, the FB group, all of it.
What about the SSP โ what if I need to re-do it or extend it?
This is exactly the kind of question we love hearing in a Session. Bring it. We'll talk through what's been happening, whether re-doing SSP makes sense, and what the next move is. We figure it out together.
Do I have to commit to a year, six months, anything like that?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time. We want you here because the membership is serving you, not because you're locked in.
Family regulation isn't built in six weeks.
It's built one connected moment at a time.
And when life gets messy again,
we'll be here.

The question isn't whether hard moments will come.
They will.
The question is whether you'll have a place to bring them.
That's what this membership is for.
